Everest Food Truck brings the bold, soulful flavors of Nepal straight to the heart of Austin. Inspired by the Himalayas and the warm hospitality found in Nepali culture, the brand celebrates tradition, adventure, and the comfort of homemade cooking. From momos to hearty curries, every dish reflects authentic recipes passed down through generations — crafted to give Austin a taste of Nepal’s vibrant culinary spirit.

My challenge was to design a visual identity that honors this cultural richness while feeling fresh, modern, and approachable. I created a type-driven logo system inspired by Himalayan typography, paired with a warm, earthy color palette drawn from mountain landscapes, prayer flags, and street-food markets. The identity extends across thoughtful applications — the food truck wrap, menus, packaging, apparel, and mobile application — each reinforcing Everest’s story of heritage, flavor, and exploration.

Everest Food Truck isn’t just a place to grab a meal. It’s a cultural experience on wheels — bringing the warmth, spice, and adventure of Nepal to every corner of Austin.
