Our objective is to create a transparent approach to car maintenance by facilitating stress-free scheduling and informative status reports that keep the customer included. The result is trust and honesty between mechanics and clients. Mechanics can schedule and report status in a quick, time-efficient manner, and clients will never feel left in the dark.

We examine how communication barriers, particularly front-desk intermediaries, create disconnects between mechanics and clients, leaving customers uninformed about their vehicle’s service


about 14% of U.S. automotive service technicians and mechanics are self-employed


the average U.S. vehicle owner takes their car in for service or maintenance about 2.5 times per year


We focused on creating a service that lets clients easily book mobile mechanics, improving communication, reducing wait times, and solving many common issues in the process.
